Welcome to Olivine, our oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named after one of Maui’s primary minerals, Olivine is a celebration of earth’s renewal, featuring handmade pastas and seasonal dishes that infuse local Hawaiian ingredients with authentic Italian flavors.

Botero Lounge

Enjoy an inspired selection of craft cocktails and savor fresh sushi and a range of inventive dishes amid nine larger-than-life sculptures by the late renowned artist Fernando Botero, the namesake of our signature lounge in the heart of our open-air lobby.

Nobu at Grand Wailea

Botero Sculptures

Nine bronze sculptures commissioned by the renowned late artist Fernando Botero are the inspiration for the name our popular open-air lobby lounge. These one-of-a-kind, larger than life sculptures have recently undergone a detailed restoration process, bringing them back to their original form.
