Rates will vary based on travel dates selected. The 4th night free is calculated taking 25% off each night based on a 4-night stay. Additional nights will have a 25% discount applied. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, and resort fees. A Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: two refillable water bottles upon arrival with water refill stations located throughout property; guest internet access; beach chairs for use on Wailea Beach; admission to twice daily SCUBA clinics; use of beach cruiser bikes; hula and ʻukulele lessons; participation in yoga classes; local, toll-free, domestic and credit card calls (no access fee).

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply.
