We are thrilled to announce a culinary partnership with the globally-celebrated restaurant group, Nobu.

Designed by the renowned architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, Nobu will offer over 13,000 square feet of indoor and alfresco dining spaces, complimented by striking murals and panoramic ocean views.

The restaurant will spotlight signature dishes such as the iconic Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside the acclaimed sushi synonymous with the brand.

Set amid an idyllic beachfront lagoon and featuring majestic views of the Pacific, Grand Wailea’s signature seafood and steakhouse restaurant features fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients and a glass aquarium bar, where you can enjoy a decadent breakfast buffet in the morning and classic tiki-style craft cocktails and fresh seafood while taking in the Maui sunset in the evening.

Welcome to Olivine, our oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named after one of Maui’s primary minerals, Olivine is a celebration of earth’s renewal, featuring handmade pastas and seasonal dishes that infuse local Hawaiian ingredients with authentic Italian flavors.

Our breakfast restaurant ‘Ikena is being transformed to a refreshed dining experience. While enhancements are underway, we will be temporarily relocating the same breakfast menus and services to our signature oceanfront restaurant, Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa.

Named after the loulu, the only palm native to Hawaiʻi, this down-to-earth artisanal café-market concept reflects our commitment to nature, sustainability, and wellness with its local goods, imported specialties, and organic gourmet made-to-order and grab-and-go options. Nourish and replenish with Loulu’s healthy array of homegrown, handcrafted foods, including a curated selection of products from Erewhon, the iconic LA-based organic grocer and café.
